This morning we made our annual stop at Landsburg to see the salmon returning. There was just one lonely, raggedy fish. Kinda sad. At least the weather was nice.
This morning we made our annual stop at Landsburg to see the salmon returning. There was just one lonely, raggedy fish. Kinda sad. At least the weather was nice.
Earlier this year our neighbors added two lambs to their small farm. One didn’t make it so the remaining lamb bonded with these three cows. They’re now inseparable. Life goes on and on.
We hardly ever leave home, but we’ve been walking almost daily here. Today we stretched it out to a full two miles. She continues to amaze me.
The foliage along our road constantly changes. We see it up close on our daily walks. Earlier it was skunk cabbage. Now foxglove predominates.
These three have been hanging around our place for weeks. Never far away. We encountered them again this morning on our one mile walk. We did see one human today, a most infrequent sight these days.
