One Dead Salmon
We stopped by the Landsberg park looking for salmon as we always do in October. There was one dead salmon and that was it. Disappointed.
River Walk
Today we chose the flat Cedar River Trail at Landsberg. Went 2.6 miles and we’re both bushed, but happy to be able to do it. Encountered maybe a dozen other souls, mostly runners, and we all kept our distance. It’s a new world.
Smooth River
The sun came out so we ran down to the Cedar River to try out the Spectre app. It’s pretty slick but not a lot of white water to smooth out on the river today. Got in almost another mile.
