Stan & Joyce Orchard
Trying to figure it out since 1975.
Smooth River
The sun came out so we ran down to the Cedar River to try out the Spectre app. It’s pretty slick but not a lot of white water to smooth out on the river today. Got in almost another mile.
Hiking With A Hottie
Now that we’re both members of the stroke club, it’s sorta like the blind leading the blind. Or feeble leading the feebler. Amazed we both don’t fall over. But we did almost a mile on a very frosty morning. Hope everyone’s holiday went/is going well.
Jazzy’s First Christmas
Ten months old and growing faster than I thought possible.
A Black And White World
The iPhone 11 Pro has some awesome abilities to enhance color in images. But lately I’ve been playing with black and white photos. They can be just as awesome.
Back To Work
We returned to Pacific Science Center for the first time since my stroke on October 28, 2019. It was good to be back, but it was an exhausting trip.
Weed Works
A new study out of Washington State University seems to confirm what many of us have been saying for years. Weed works for pain.
Granddaughters Visit
Cures what ails you.
First Divi 4.0 Post
Actually, it’s already Divi 4.02 since the inevitable bugs are already being squashed. Pretty powerful, this new theme builder.
Spider In The Arches
Nice walk to Starbucks before the rain returns later today. The sky looks like the side of a battleship, but the colors on the ground compensate.
Monday Morning Walk
According to human habits guru James Clear, we each get roughly 25,000 mornings in our lives. He has thoughts on how not to waste them. So, Joyce Carol and I took it to heart and walked over a mile to start the week, rejoicing in the fact that we’re still able to do this at all. Be happy, people.
